Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Thank you layoff.com & all that post helpful info here

It's sad that I learn more about our company from strangers here on layoff.com than I do from my own leaders at SHC. Know that these boards are read my many in corporate and in the media, your voice is being heard so keep your insights coming. At the very least it's a great place to help others with the insights and knowledge shared - thank you all.

who came up with this awful simple store concept. It might work but the roll out has been a disaster. Why?

Lots of corporate people are on minimum wage too as well, we're not all in suits and ties counting our money. corporate are just as much on the side of our stores employees.

Just a note about the corporate people. Most, if not all, who are on this board and others are in the same boat as the store clerk and others. They are just trying to hold on to their job until they can retire, or find another job. I appreciate the insights from those who work at the corporate level and understand we are all on this sinking ship together. They can only spew the corporate message if they wish to keep their job.

I agree this is a good resource for information, I am sure Eddie wants to have the upper hand in everything but to keep it a secret is just wrong.
