The only chance of this company being profitable is if oil prices increase. The company is not run well enough to be profitable in downturns. The company is run by a bunch of fools. Need examples? Look at PCG and Orange.

Ha! So no one got a bonus because of economic performance but the big wigs did. Maybe the "The dumb--s comment was to the quote below, " was referring to himself as the dumb--s". Well it's official no one in NOV will be getting 2016 bonuses. No payout for 2016. Oh well, it was understandable. I hope, Ops Mangers, Directors and VP's also don't get any type of bonus payment.

This is in reply to the comment implying I am a "dumb s---" The financial goals sent out the beginning of 2016 for the bonus payment in 2017 for Rigs was not based on net income my friend. The goal was based on EBITDA and the goals where stated in my prior message. So you seem to be the dumb s--- that needs to go back and look and the ICP letter with clear and defined goals notated. "Attention to Detail" Those goals for Rigs exceeded the minimum requirement for a bonus. Also I received an email stating ICP info will be sent out to participants Tomorrow with the performance results as well as the bonus payment if any directly from corporate compensation.

(EBITDA) minimum goal for rigs and aftermarket was 461 Million we ended the year at 609 million so the minimum was exceeded but I have not received anything.
