Is kmart ap taking over sears ap or the other way around? What do these changes mean for store level ap?

I know our kmart apm is Schmitting bricks because of bad inventory and low apprehensions. I wonder if they will keep both ap managers or let go of one in locations where there are sears and kmart within 25 miles.
Sears AP market and zone managers have had all of the Kmart's added to their markets. The majority of the Kmart Zone Managers have already been let go. Some are being brought over in new roles. Kmart has been slowly forced to take on Sears policies and priorities over the last few years. This fully absorbs Kmart AP into Sears AP and we continue as SHC APP.
Interesting. My Sears is keeping quiet about any changes. KMart is nearby but nothing has been said -- that I've heard.
