When the management corners you and tries to convince you that the union is bad and communist and just wants to take your dues money, you just shake your head up and down and say "Yes boss, you right boss, I wouldn't be voting for no commie union boss!" then just go ahead and vote yes anyway! Funny how one of the big hill cheerleaders against the union has jumped ship himself, eh?

There will be plenty of work for everyone between now and the next 10+ years. Anyone with a crappy attitude, poor performer, shouldn't be part of the ATS company. Over 90% of the poor performers want to union and that's a fact !! Gee I wonder why !!
