Remember when Intel was like 10 times bigger and had a generation lead in silicon and AMD smoked Intel with more efficient clock, multi core and more. Pretty much more innovation and beating intel with smaller die size on inferior process. Intel had Smithfield and Tejas and of course Itanium and other billion dollar FUBARs 🤔
Now AMD got their mojo back, let's not forget about Qualcomm, Apple, Nvidia, and so many other companies all now running on similar silicon at TSMC and Samsung who are far bigger and better than scrappy AMD
