Please give some ideas. I wanna see my manager is fired. I cannot work in Pune office which is full of political people. No one wants to work seriously here instead just showcase work with nice ppt's.

PD does boot Polish of his boss and a sucng of his director.
Oh.. Same is the case with SV manager RS and GS. They are ZERO in technical capability and taking sal for doing nothing but politics
Why don't you all team up and raise issue with PD's boss or Director.

My boss PD is also useless. He has made life in SM dev team a hell.

It was the same way with Genesys. Even with exit interviews, (from more than just me) it didn't to a single thing!!!
No point, just leave and get another job..This is not the company made for HRs.They are just for formality here
Hmmm...And I've heard that they have stopped exit interviews as well.
But they will surely speak with you twice. First time when you join and second/last time when you leave Avaya. I remember earlier we used to have skip level meetings with HR's, Senior Managers, Directors, but now everything has been suddenly stopped. No manager maker as well. No one hears us now.
HR? What HR? In Pune HR's only job is to tow the line of site head. Never seen them having any independent view. They avoid communication with employees at all costs.

This wont be possible in Pune as HR is useless in Pune, they only trust Manager and Senior people and not the resources. From last 10 years I never went to HR the reason I dont know who is HR team and how they can help me. They just get paid to sit on chair.
