From what I have read about simple store. I have not been on SHC payroll since 2014 since I was laid off due to my store closing.
If I am correct simple store "lays off/fires" all full time employees except the HR Lead? How can someone run a back room without a properly trained person?
The store manager only wants warm bodies not employees with experience. For the simple store process. That is the location near me. I was looking at a job to supplement my other part time job.
Do you think that employees that are paid $7.25 an hour can properly do 605?, Receive vendors, ect? I would be shocked if you can find someone that is capable of doing that.
This whole process will fail quickly. What does everyone think?
