There are JG3 P&T IT managers at STCH that make way too much for the work they do. I've heard of one in particular who makes the contractors do his job. Start with him!

At STCH, we are hearing rumors of a 30% cut in P&T personnel. There is even an HR group that has been renamed the Job Evaluation group.
Everyone on the staff organization chart has to re apply, From the Leadership Team, Down, All Departments

It's paid off people with experience kept in people without relevant qualifications for job as per global standardisation. The blind leading the blind!
People whom have been paid off took pay from third party whilst working for shell and got redundancy package. Now working as contractors for more money. Crazy way of doing business!!!!!!
