I keep thinking about the small Mom and Pop Stores that have been around for a long time that bought into the Sears Hometown Store thinking it would grow their small business into smoothing big.
They saw a big opportunity coming into their store with appliances, mattresses, workout equipment, craftmantools, etc...and the history of the Sears name.
What they aren't expecting is the Sears problems. The number one in my book what drove people away recently was the Sears delivery. Which, happens to be owned by Eddie as well.
And these poor people, who have built their little niche in their communities will be the brunt of the backlash of the horrible delivery experience therir loyal customer base experience.
They won't blame Sears. They will blame Mom and Pop.
And Eddie will ruin another life.
