Getting Medicare denials and/or big 'your portion is' notices. Any experience on how to get this covered via Intel Connected Care?

My wife had the same situation when her doctor filing a claim on her visit last September. It was resolved this month. Both Cigna and Medicare claimed they were secondary provider to doctor's office. My wife called Medicare and found out Cigna had informed them but was not updated the system. Call Medicare general number, explain your situation and they will refer you to another department to update your records
