I thought the raises were already given! Now get back to work.
Try and get a job at CNX, my cousin says even compete morons get raises and promotions there! Supposedly all you have to do is frost your hair, have an affair w co-work and have an annoying laugh ???
The sooner you understand Noble management could care less about the regular folks the better off you will be. The industry is showing signs of life again. Take control of your career and move on to a better place. Trust me... there are employers who will appreciate your efforts.
