They are going to close the plant. Be careful that they don't find a way to fire you so they don't have to pay severance payments. Agreed, time to move on down the road. This move ( Ponca City machines to Rankin road.) is a major construction project. Scattered reports to date don't bode well for this move. Sparks is in over his head with this one. Others will likely fall with him. Good luck.
