Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

I applaud Intel for standing up for URMs, this was definitely needed in the tech sector. Hopefully more companies will do the same!

Intel today looks like Motorola of early 2000 era and the Digital of early 90s era. Any amount of URM/Diversity hiring is a comical spectacle of BK playing with the windmills with zero hope of stopping the hurricane that is blowing Intel's way. Some people will surely get paid for working in the windmills, but the rest should duck for cover and be prepared with a life jacket and a raft.

Not sure about the urm thing, but BK is my hero too. He paid me a lot of money to go. I would have left on my own but he rewarded my years of service with a nice erp kicker. Enjoying mother nature bouncing grandkids on my knee and just chilling is so much nicer and BK paid me to do it. Best CEO ever!

I would like to see URM numbers from ACT. Many URM were laid off. All the URM talk is just bs. How many URMs are VPS or managers? The same old crowd is in charge of the key decisions at Intel. URMs are trophy workers for their non-URM managers.
