Not only are they no longer the process leader but they also aren't the manufacturing king as TSMC and Samsung will each produce more processors volume on their lead node for the phone business than intel, more than half a billion to intels quarter billion. The tipping point has been past and their is no recovery for the rapid decline and more ACTs to come
