What just dawned on me is.... she's doing the same exact thing as all the Intel managers have done over the decades (hired their own and ignored others). hmmmm.....
As typical with these exec bios, the article is awash in how high.this woman rose, without any substance on what she is actually doing to Intel , other than spending $1B of Intel money into hiring diversity candidates through a rigged HR process.

To assume a homogeneous society with equal preferences for professions is just incredibly stupid and naive.
