Anyone else on MLOA dealing with major BS from Reed group?

I think if enough people came forward there could easily be a class action suit against THE REED GROUP.
They have been jerking me around for over a month in regards to an extension requested by my Doctors. Endless phone calls and emails to them. I never hear from the "Nurse Case Manager" and in demanding to speak to a manager I get nowhere. Unbelievably sh--ty treatment- how are you supposed to get well when you are doing nothing but stressing over their incompetent processes and people??!!! Not enough patience in the world....
They are grossly incompetent. They messed up the leave start/end dates at least twice and managed to stop my paycheck 3x but still managed to overpay me by $5k.
Note that overpayment will be eventually identified and collected. ALWAYS keep track of what you are paid vs what you should be paid. Set aside any excess.

Good luck dealing with the Reed group. Had to deal with their stupidity early this year and they will test your patience.
