Can't count how many times I've heard that over the past few years. Makes me sick to my stomach each time I hear it from anyone AVP or above.

Yes workers used to be Thankful when SST treated them with respect and valued them.
Yes workers used to be Thankful when they worked in a dept that had full staff.
I remember my dept was cut from 9 people down to 5 , the workload doubled as did the stress level.
It got worse when some one was on vacation which left 4 people trying to keep up with the workloads and having to Skip lunch which was hmm encouraged by the Boss.
State Street institutional brainwashing mantra of the mediocre management team! Don't worry, sooner or later they will be sacked as well.
