Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Does Target have any medals they award to team members that have had to suffer through the most insufferable mental damage?

As someone who was placed on a "product" team that is unquestionably the worst throughout the whole company, I have earned something for not quiting yet. Coaches and leaders just give you looks like...."I'm really, really sorry I did this too you".

Do I have to put a bullet in my head to get some action?

The entire leadership team in corp systems should be fired about right now. They all would pretty agree given their lack of leadership.

I have felt this way before with layoffs. To be honest the only thing I realized I could do was either own my experience and direction st the company I was with or if that was not possible own it somewhere else. I think you are like md that this powerless follow my direction blindly BS will not fly.
