S--- it up and move on. Most of Cigna employees are overpaid wit minimal skills. Other companes would never pay so much with benefits for low production workers. It's a welfare company.

It's happening ..targeting the older population who are at, near or offer the supposed average market value of a title, not necessarily the job functions.
