Every 2 years like clockwork Intel moved to a new process. It was so reliable they termed it tick tock. BK (aka fab monkey Brian) took over and boom... PC will now be on 14nm for 4 years.

BK is a horrible CEO and the carper-dwellers did not ruin Intel's R&D and technology roadmaps. Maybe if Intel had not squandered billions on mobile, IOT, and other ill conceived endeavors the company would be leading in technology. Intel will never catch up and BK will take the lions share of the feedback since he has been the CEO long enough.
The problem with Intel is the massive numbers of bureaucratic carpet dwellers who add nothing to the company. Legions of Fools wrecking a once great company. Maybe Intel can become the new facecrack!
