Personally worked with him the last few years. Down to earth, easy to talk to. Likes to connect down the chain and to customers. Very marketing focused.
We are saddened by him leaving as he's done great things in our business.
He is really a whole lot of nothing. Not impressive at all. Our prediction is he will get nothing done and make no measurable difference or impact and will be eventually be the latest in a long list of "leaders" that make things worse and "pursue opportunities outside of the company". Kind of like AI (ACS) and TD (EES)....
He is a nice guy however so he will probably get chewed up pretty fast.

I worked with him when he first joined Honeywell and he is a very intelligent and personable guy. He is reasonable and good with both employees and customers and I think that the E&ES team will appreciate his management style.
