Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Be careful when asking for Focal peer reviews

If you ask me for Focal peer reviews, I will say I will be more than happy to do so. However, I will say you underperformed and did not deliver on your promises. I am just an Intel Ahole employee trying to game the Focal system and avoid an ISP. Good luck to you, but not as much as me.

Yup, similar to recent elections, I always tell my friends and family that I would never vote for Tr*mp! But once I am in voting booth I of course vote for DT. This is the only way to Make Intel Great Again!

Yup. In order for you to succeed, others must fail.

Hunger Games and all that.

The best way to do this is to tell three gullible friends if they write your name you will give them great 360 if they do same for you. Then write the 360 you want for yourself and give it to friends and tell them if they do same for you you will send in what they wrote for themseleves.

Then ignore what they send you and send in bad sh-- for your friends. Then pray they were as gullible as you thought.

Just kidding, intel is honorable and nobody here would stoop so low

In 15 years at Intel, I have always been asked to provide 3 names for peer reviews. Then my manager selects additional people not on my list. This feedback is weighted very heavily in your written Focal report. No defensive responses to negative feedback is ever tolerated. GPTW, Intel!

Why would any sane person ask for peer review ? Unless it is mandatory to have one.

While this has always been a golden rule at Intel, now more than ever even the nicest people will not waste the opportunity to bring their peers down. It is all about not appearing the least valuable contributor in any given team. Who can blame them? The system encourages and rewards this behavior. Whatever it is, a meritocracy it is not.
