As a rule we do not keep many people from the companies that we acquire. Once we get their networks transferred over, get their billing systems meshed with ours, and see where we have duplicate jobs we start thinning the herd. Not saying we axe all the other companies people but the majority do get let go in time. We buy these other companies to acquire their hardware, networks, and customer base, not to employee their people was well as ours, can't make money by adding more mouths to feed. Sad but true.
