This is news to anybody in Az, as far as I know there are no site-wide or group-wide meetings scheduled next week. As for the size of Az, I believe somebody said between 10k and 15k, but I may be off a bit. It's considered a "large" site and one of the cheapest in the USA due to low(ish) taxes and decent cost of living.
A MANAGER HAVING ONE REPORT must be like having a PERSONAL SLAVE 😄😄😂 no need to do any work, just hand off everything that comes on the plate - to the slave.

AZ and across all the Intel site... management at every level of Intel are a waste, I have only seen at Intel that management do no work.

Can any manager do roles&responsibility at Intel and do proper work assignments - so the hierarchy and organization structure makes sense!
AZ. Do the right thing. Shred the management chain "do nothings" that frankly don't contribute to the business other than backstabbing and laying off their resources.
We've been saying the probability of ACT in AZ since the last ACT. These people simply don't listen and are in denial. Now they suffer the same fate as before. TMG will eventually be split from Intel for someone to buy off. There are a lot of Obama call center jobs for people to go to. Lol. Unbelievable.
Question for your solid sources.... Is it sounding like certain groups in AZ (I have a friend there is why I ask), or is it all AZ? I don't know how large AZ is (never been there) but heard it's not very large. Worried for my friend. This is probably the worst time ever for her to lose her job. :(
