I brought a claim of discrimination to HR and nothing was done to the people to I accused. Even with the proof that I had, they did nothing except asked me to leave. I did leave and landed a much better job that I love. In an environment that is thriving.
I decided to fight the opposition when I was there and it worked in my favor. Fight for what you deserve and it'll work in your favor as well. Nothing bad can come to those who do right. Only trials and tribulations will come but that's what you should expect when you do right in this world
