BTW, I spoke to a buddy of mine who works for Barnes and Noble College. Apparently, they transitioned all their management below the store manager level to an hourly position a couple of years back. And left their pay rates unchanged. And they were allowed to work overtime during rush. Some great company we work for. Each and every team member my a--.
