I still can believe you have to know someone to keep your job at HTC or be cool with management, management always use friendship to determine who they will let go. I am freaked out because my lazy a-- still have my job at HTC. I miss my broom sweeping colleagues who had faith in this weird management team at HTC and WEST WAY.
I was one of those laid off, and my manager who I did my best to impress personal told me to thank his BOSS because he wanted to fire me. I asked him what's the difference? He still asked for my badge beforehand and told me that I did not have to finish out the day. He was real sh--ty and had 3 more managers looking at me like I made the company. HTC will have 5 managers per employee eventually.
I wash my back with a rag on a stick.
Eh everyone is useless in every company. No one works for pride anymore. We work for a paycheck people!

Too many people are using this site to post negative and hurtful comments about people that they really don't know, the second shift maintenance crew does a great job and the tool crib attendant is a good dude as well

From what I saw all the poeple that got laid off are worthless. As are the rest of them there, including management. Lol. Especially management. You all know I'm right. I'm glad they let me go. Tired of working there. I just didn't want to quit so I can get the severance. S--- my d--k!
HTC has maybe like 12 good folks that I know of...rest is useless paycheck takers.
They laid off a bunch of good people but kept somebody who comes into work late at least a hundred times and his boss covers for him you cracker you

The cuts at HTC were what should be considered deep. A few that were laid off were very resourcefull and will be greatly missed by those left behind.
