Looks like potential purchasers have walked away as due to price. Major layoffs required to make EBITDA numbers with falling sales. Q4 FY16 was a smoke screen of inflated forward sales numbers.

already started to see the writing on the wall last year. partner performance was a big indicator on how the company was doing overall.
