I have followed this feed for many years. I have offered up valuable information when I had it and sat back when I didn't. Sure there are lots of folks that post sarcastic comments, but there is always a gem here and there. That said, when a current employee asks for relevant comments to the posts think back as to what you have read over say the last 12 months. Layoffs and reductions and then the offer go hire backs as P/T faculty with no benefits as an example.
One location used to have 40 enrollment counselors (ADAs) and is now down to 9. Ask yourself how the school can build a January start of 75 students with that minimal workforce...who by the way are not the cream of the crop.
So the best I can offer is, prepare for the end in sight. Look out for your family and your needs and don't rely on any more crumbs from this site...there are none to be had...
There are no safe positions in any of the brands...
