After all the years of love, passion, dedication...you do us so wrong. Hell, most of us even participated in your illegal and most certainly unethical "directive" to not refund "abandoned" web orders and just return the books to the shelf as well as not check in rentals just so you could collect those outrageously ridiculous non-return and late rental fees!!! And then we, your dedicated store managers had to be the one's on the front line dealing with the irate student/parent when they realized those bogus late fees on their charge cards! We were brave...just for you Follett. Now we must all shamelessly beg forgiveness every night. Forgive us for being so stupid for allowing ourselves to be lead by the stupid!!!Those free fees we collected for you should still be able to pay my/our salaries... oh, I mean wages without having to work 65 hour work weeks...right?
Follett Store Managers...we need a plan!!! We need to somehow come together collectively, from the east coast to the west coast, and everything in the middle...we need to strike...we need to get our students involved...student protest! If anyone out there is willing, we need to find each other.
