Do we sign a non-compete when hired? If so, how do we get a copy?

Most band 4 and below sign an "Employee Agreement Relating to Trade Secrets, Proprietary and Confidential Information" . It's not a non compete, it says you can't share hon info with competitors but it doesn't say you can't work for competitors or customers or suppliers. HR can provide a copy to you from your employee file.

No we didnt, only non disclosure. Signing a non compete is idiotic unless you are high up the chain and they pay you a lot.
