This is brilliant!
The problem with not knowing what the hell you're doing, is eventually true colors show.
To justify their (management) sub prime performance, they pointed the finger at their "undesirable" pupils and sent them packing in March.
9 months later, they still can't perform, revealing the problem wasn't those in their charge, but the leadership itself. Now brass has to justify the keeping these inept leaders, who are dangerously close to getting exposed. Changing their roles will give the illusion of progress.
Looks like they got rid of all the women bosses
