Anyone has more info about the plans for massive layoffs in 2017?

Temporary layoffs have happened at the Cambridge facility. Staff were notified on Fri Feb 3,2017. Reasoning is the business slow down in the second quarter. Staff were told that the third quarter will be busier and to expect call backs in late April or early May.
