The only protection left is a Union. We cannot go down with out a fight! We can't trust the bs the company throws at us anymore. Unioinize before we are all gone!

Look at the injuries we sustain every year as well as the brothers we lost we need our benefits and our time off to heal not just physically but mentally for this job they're trying to take this all away we need the union please let us stand togather

We need it every week we get a email of what there taking away sick days holidays medical benefits next more jobs work harder for less so they can make more for them if not we will hire a cheaper version and please don't think that you are safe cause your numbers are good they are as fake as the computer that's printed ask this question when they say your numbers are good or bad let me see the spread sheet and see where I rank and the parameters you will get a big excuse not to show you anything it's all fake write up everybody fire the leaders that speak out

This is time for not only one shop to unite but ALL SHOPS. They will hire a buster to break up the union or create conflict between techs and go after the weak minded, but if each individual stay strong it will happen it must happen or you will be out the door.

I have the same credentials as the previous poster and agree with him 100 percent.Now with out a doubt is the time. And I mean all of you from the Bronx NJ and Long Island. These guys are going to kick you to the curb

as soon as possible . Contractors will have your jobs . If there is a cent to be saved nothing will hold them back. They do not want to pay your benefits or for your tools or trucks or gas. They want a contract labor force. I'm sure you are aware they already let one super go. On grounds that could very easily be trumped up. If they can push him out there is nothing from stopping them from pulling the same crap with you. The times of the previous owners being a step better than a union deal is over. These guys are out for blood ! Yours!! Every thing you read on this site is true and has happened . So pay attention do your home work and save your jobs. Everything that was printed about the deals in Europe has happened here. Despite the new CEO saying the actions were hyped up. Sudden link has been desimated and people continue to be pushed out. They boast about hiring but the numbers aren't even close. They are letting go career cable personal and hiring people at half the salary. Make the call get the ball rolling. You saw what happened in Brooklyn once they started with the union they had protection. Don't say you haven't been warned.

As a former Supervisor it was my job to oppose the Union, but at this point in time I honestly believe that now is the time for the Technicians unionize. Altice has broken every promise it's made during the acquisition process. Once they get their chance to start slashing befits it's the technicians and low level employees getting hit the hardest.

Thunk you medical will continue being free? Be prepared to start paying 200-400 dollars a paycheck for healthcare, dental will rise to 40 dollars a paycheck. Now is the time for you to stand together and get the best deal you can.

You have to be responsible thoug, hold the Union accountable to get you the best deal available, don't settle for the first contract presented!

We need a union but guys are too scared too defend what they have,they are to selfish thinking about themselves people are getting fired around them and they still believe ,whatever bs management says if a union is so bad why do all executives have contracts and buyouts we are at will employees they can fire you for any reason they choose, we need to stick together as a brotherhood and unite and not wait for the company to do as they please every day they change policy, I'm done it just gets me too riled up

I think we should have done this along time ago, but doing it now will only push them to do it faster.. because they know they can't make the changes they want to make if there is a union. Look at Brooklyn..
