This is great news. I for one will be having an extra weeks sick leave. It's a no brainier. What they gonna do. Threaten to not give us a pay rise.
No pay rise, job on the Line for last two years, if they hadn't paid off so many wouldn't have any problem extra holidays. Not like it's coming from their pockets. Ah well never mind we will still get paid when we take extra sick leave. Happy days.
