What is amusing is we should have been UNION thirty yrs ago,but all BS was swallowed.We had a chance 10 or 12 yrs ago and tails were tucked between legs again..I'm a long term employee and will always vote UNION, it's the people I work with that won't..Altice will make promises and the people I work with will believe them..... I agree with you on everything except the part you say it's "amusing".... It's actually pathetic. The lies, deception, manipulation, trepidation, labor violations, bribery, ignorance, kiss asses, snitches, and b--ches add up to one messed up work place.
difficult to unionize a workforce under those conditions.
Drahi told the truth in the very beginning when he said "I don't like to pay salaries, I pay as little as I can". Add to that his goal of cutting $900 million from a company that is practically union-free and this is what you get.
we've already seen layoffs, voluntary buy-outs, benefits reductions, warehouse consolidations, ATS scam.
expect more carnage in 2017. This is exactly how Altice operates. It is well documented.
