I can assure you working for Noble was one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. I put my career, and my families future in their hands. Had numerous opportunities to leave during those years. I was loyal to them. The past couple of years have proven that they are loyal to NO one but themselves (managers). They greatly failed their employees and shareholders in so many ways. Yet they all keep their jobs while the employee's go thru four rounds of layoffs. It's difficult to understand.
Just another step in the transition of Noble becoming a different company under the current execs and VPs. They don't give a crap about anyone but themselves.

Just be thankful you have a job. If you were worth more you'd find work somewhere else by now. So s--- it up buttercup, stop complaining or find somewhere else to go
