This site is mostly people who don't/have never worked at Target or disgruntled former TMs. Current employees are connected via a private FB site, which you can be invited to through your coworkers - just ask around. The info is better (real) and the forum is supportive and positive. I encourage you to step away from this negativity. It's not something anyone needs in their life.

Also I'm not certain if the "fb" site you're referring to is the one that like no one seems to use. I feel like that site wouldn't be friendly to discussions like some of the things on here. I'm gonna wait to see what happens in jan and see if the people on here got any validity or not I suppose.
As far as former who come back here and bash after years of leaving, that's some salt. Sure there are areas for improvement but I like Target and grateful for the opportunity they gave me.

when you bring in new grads you show them the big open floor workspaces that are 75% H1B contractors or do you skip that part? cute trick spreading out black friday sales to reduce the load on target.com . still cant fix it after all these years huh?
It's absolutely not anonymous and there are plenty of HR people openly on it. There is also no gossip, no pot stirring, no wild speculation and there are no trolls. All of which plague this site.
