1: steal as many things as possible

1.1 get really high and show up

2:upload as much data as possible to your thumb drives, worth a fortune on the dark nets. (Chinese are scooping any and all tech knowledge.)

3:load massive amounts of porn on to anything you can.

4:leave a nice big ripe one in your stupervisors desk. Hide it well for max smell. A can of anchovies with tiny holes works great.

Throw a big party. Also, if you want to move to another company, train for the interviews

They aren't worth stealing @2tcr. You'd do better rolling your own.

i dont know about ACT. I left as i dont like to work the way my team works and lot of politics.

Mainly the following.

  1. payslips / W2

  2. offer letter

  3. Employment verification letter ( just trigger it in online before quit & get a hard copy )

  4. stock login email change & other accounts roth etc change email to personal

  5. any Recognition - take a copy

  6. salary package - total

  7. Resignation email copy & acceptance copy . keep the reason as always due to personal reasons.

  8. resignation confirmation mail copy with designation /grade / start / end dates

  9. insurance login mail changes

  10. phone / laptop / badge return and confirm it at last day

  11. employment verification will be done via third party website. details are in the leavingintel web. phone number & link. so no need of any letters during relieve process.

Keep all the records as it will help in future based on what kind of company you join

Those in the next ACT will get hours maybe only minutes before laptop and badge are taken and you walked. Get a box and 5' to pack your cube and walked like a coming thief.

Copy all your personal stuff of the laptop; address, documents, phone numbers etc etc.

Don't think for a minute your current boss, intel or coworkers are family. You will be abandoned like a contagious diseases enemy.

First things that come to mind:

  • print and download pay stubs and W-2s as far back as you can (believe it or not some new employer may request these)

  • print statement for your Intel stock account

  • update all accounts that use your Intel email

  • download and print your focal reviews (in case you chose to EVER return) and to work on your resume

  • download Intel U history

  • make sure you're captured your password for benefits, fidelity and UBS (especially if you save passwords in your browser)

  • Download your browser favorites to a pen drive

  • take a list of contacts (email and phone) for people that could serve as references

  • write a grand farewell message that no one will read and no one will remember (and copy BK and Richard Taylor)

Leave a script running in your office computer that deletes all your project files the day after you leave. That's what I did when I took VSP in 2015. Let those RCG's figure out how to do the job.

Hoard 6 months of free fruit before you leave and freeze them.

re: all your retirement/benefit sites.

You can't do that. GoMyBen has to do it for you. Good luck with that. I'm still trying to get things straightened out since June. What they do is take your changes, then weekly they 'batch it out' and send to all the different businesses (Fidelity, UBS, etc). What they DON'T do, however, is to remove your old Intel info in those sites. I had to call the different business and insist they remove the old Intel info as I just didn't want it in there for ANY reason.

I feared they'd call or email me at my old Intel info and then not follow up on sometthing by calling/emailing secondary info I had on file with them. Unsure why they leave the old Intel info in there but my guess is how the batch file sends over the data. It ADDS data, it doesn't remove or fix what's there. It's a flawed way of doing things. I'd prefer that I be allowed to make my own changes. UBS was a real stickler about only getting the info from Intel. Whatever. lol

Good luck.

Make sure that you change all your accounts, that use your Intel Email address, to your Home Email address. This includes e-magazine subscriptions, and all your retirement/benefit sites. If you depended on auto password entry, make sure you have a list of what these are. Send to your home email, all email addresses (Contact List+) you want to use in your future. Also send yourself a copy of all of your Bookmarks. Take home all your personal books, Music, wall art, plants etc, early. Delete any Personal Outlook .pst files (and/or copy them, if you want to retain them)

Search Circuit for your answer. I saw one there somewhere. Start with leaving intel You could try adding checklist (no space) also if the 1st doesn't get you much.

Good luck
