The Piscataway NJ election is 1/4/17. We need to stop the bleeding these guys are causing before it gets worse. I'm in Piscataway we're having all these bs meetings and only giving the half the story. Some guys here are brainwashed feeding into the bs the company is feeding. Please my fellow brothers it's time to UNITE! We already have a few guys who were pro-union unfortnately change their mind and now will vote no. Please preach and stress the importance. Altice is going to strip us to the bare minimum the law allows. Hopefully all the depots follow suit. I wish you brothers the best and pray for yall. Please pray for us on 1/4.

The truth of the matter lies in their lies. It has been proven time and time again that Altice operates in a way that benefits Altice not their workers. People ask, what have you lost that is so bad? I ask the same people, what have you gained that so good? The answer to this varies depending on who you ask. Everyone has a different situation which makes each circumstance different. Employees need to keep in mind that management has no interest in your well being, their goals are to make a profit by ANY MEANS NECESSARY. THINK for a moment, take a step back and analyze, what this company has become, what we were and where we are now. Every year you lose something and now it's only getting worse quickly. Who represents you, Altice? The same company that has taken away so much already ,the same company who promised no changes and all you see is nothing but negative changes. Comparing ourselves to other utility workers we are at the bottom, both pay and benefits. Why? The answer is simple, they have a UNION, we don't, but we can and we all should. The union has dues and that may be a concern for some, however, you need to think about all the extra your paying now because that they are taking everything away from employees. They take away for nothing in return and no say by employees when negotiating these changes that affect our familes. They tell you why pay someone to represent you?It's easy to answer, because NO ONE REPRESENTS YOU, when they take away your time off, increase your premiums and take away your benefits. Who was looking out for the employees when they made the decision to take all? Add that up and now tell me if paying 35 in dues is worth it. The only time they will change is when we take action and UNIONIZE. Remember this everyone, " THE TRUST OF THE INNOCENT IS THE LIARS MOST USEFUL TOOL" Stephen King. The movement has begun, be part of making a difference that will benefit the employee finally, Union means a voice, union is power, there is strength in numbers. Remember that we look out for each other, Altice looks out for profits.

If see you see multiple layoffs by Altice, what do you have to lose with the union ? Your probably better off with union .
Piscataway stay strong they will continue to try and brainwash you telling you all the bad about a union and express union dues. But ask them what's good about union they will never answer you but say ask the union "where are they? knowing union cannot come in company grounds". There job is to mislead you and try and turn you from union only to save there own jobs. Don't trust anything they say lies lies lies and more lies oh yea and they may try and use Newark as a example don't believe them
More lies. Just get through the 2 weeks of them beating your brain up and your good that's how they win by the constant "nagging". People get tired of that. that's how the weak minded sway. When is the CWA going to come down to 80 Grumman rd. Haven't seen anybody out there, it seems all this union talk is for field service and not the whole company. Just remember where your material comes from when you place an order for a job. And if you forgot it LOGISTICS, without us you can't do your job. So lets try and band together as one for once.
Im praying for you guys. Nothing would bring more joy then to see Bronx and Piscataway vote the union in and stick it to these corporate f---s. I hope Oakland techs open there eyes and see this, sign those cards and send then in before its to late.
The shame part is that people still believe that the company is going to be there for them . It's a shame when the owner of this company is slammed in the paper and people still want to vote no. The people who voted no last time in our shop are kicking themselves in the a-- right now .. Wake up people!
Absolutely don't fall for the rhetoric it's the same playbook they preach once you go to Ats they own you they are going to pimp you out and make money off you and you voluntarily did it lose your cable benefits lose some of your salary and get a bonus that you will never attain who gets a 20% bonus the chosen s---ups that do nothing while you do your job and their job and don't forget you have a maniac at the helm I know from experience good luck if you fall for their tricks it will be over for all of us go UNION we are the union we will have a Voice And they Will listen don't be foolish
