Does anyone remember what they answered during survey in September
There is no information to employees about survey results, action planning
Rumours are that company don't intend to do anything with results as it is taking focus away from Transformation
"Apparently results are open to anyone g12 and above"
This is not true [I don't manage, but am >G12]
At this time - I believe results have been given only to the managers - collating the results only from the people that they manage - unless you have fewer than 4 direct reports, then the results get collated to the manager above.
Meetings are supposed to start to happen with managers, then "action plans!" are supposed to come from those meetings... God help us!
SLB has become untrustworthy i am afraid....Seems this survey was just to select people to blame and terminate.
so the glass is 1/5 full of sh-- and 4/5 empty of satisfaction... doesn't seems like a great result to me, but could be worse, it could be raining.
In my opinion, the survey was originally conducted to identify individuals that are either disgruntled, or not committed to their transformation process. Makes it easy to eliminate those who aren't drones. Do any of you really think that they give a s*** what you think? lol
Why should I feel positive about that?

"Overall, the average engagement score was 3.6 on a 5 point scale. This places Schlumberger above 20% of companies in the Gallup database". Doesn't that mean that SLB is below 80% of other companies?

Why company is so tight lipped about results
Apparently results are open to anyone g12 and above. Not a very open or transparent response.
Are staff below this grade not considered important enough to be told this information, we all work for the same company irrespective of grade.
