It s---s that they keep outsourcing work to the Philippines and India. They have too many errors and overpaying or denying claims continuously that's bombarding Rework Team and Providers Appeals Team which is great for them they will always have a job. The Claims team are getting laid off here all the time. Customer Service are bombarded with calls with Providers complaining. Is this how Americans should be treated especially geting the news " you are losing your job immediately" right before Christmas??? Well Thank You to the high Managers to fly across the state just to tell you that,,,Bahumbug Pam and Chris!!!! You must have been touched by the Grinch of Christmas!!!! Sadly 25 people that were dedicated to their jobs were thrown under the bus right before Christmas affecting families and loved ones. Keep your spirits up and May God Speed our way to a better oppotunities throughout 2017!!! Stay Positive and keep moving forward!!! Stay healthy and have a "Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Years 2017" to All that got Laid off!!!
