He does force his views on you - I've seen it firsthand. I'm guessing that's what happened to those 3 managers - forced views, they didn't concede, now they're gone. I know for a fact he actually avoided one of the managers for months who only wanted guidance and he watched them fail. He wants people to fail because the job has become too much for him and he doesn't want JC to notice. It's time for Follett to put a true leader in his spot so we stop losing managers and contracts.
He talks about his views...ill give you that. But so do people who disagree. You can't have it one way and not the other. He's a piece of sh-- person but I don't think he forces his views on people.
Shouldn't talk about your views in the workplace either way. Forcing views or not
Religious views shouldn't be an issue. The issue is if he is forcing his views on you.
I work at Nebraska and I heard his religious views first hand. I think he may have a problem with g--s as well
All 3 were gum?
Being a first rate A Hole doesn't constitute a crime or a tort. It reflects on what follett values, however. Get out.
JP doesn't have issues with g-- people he has issues with anyone who isn't him. He just fired someone who wouldn't bow and kiss his feet. He has his pet in the region who he goes to for everything...and she's actually decent. She doesn't realize she's made a deal with the devil. His day is coming...the state of Nebraska would be a better place without him.
