The only ones getting the fat check is big fat RL, ELT and COST team for their great contribution to COP...
You know, i get on here often and bottom line you should all be grateful. #1 you have jobs #2 if you don't have a job, you've gotten great skills to move on and be productive somewhere else, #3 anything that you've got coming is better than $0 and #4 Plan accordingly, there will be peaks and valleys throughout your life, it's just common sense.
The letter from RL a few weeks back said there would be salary treatment and VCIP given this year. Why would he send out a letter saying that only to reverse it in a townhall? Its the end of a long year; maybe it is just time for some ELT communication?
