Anybody see the results from the last employee survey or know when they will be communicated to us?

Been with Follett Many years, these surveys mean nothing because they make the outcome different.
100 plus unhappy workers stating that fact, survey says 98.9 are happy and would change nothing.
So even if they give the results, they will not be the true results.
In all the years I have served in my sentence here at Follett, I have been threw theee of these jokes. One year I remember you can take the survey over and over again. I remember my peer Flaherty doing several because he couldn't remember if he did one or not.
Wouldn't trust the data anyway. It can be skewed either way most probable.
This is a feel good and happens every year and nothing happens. If something would of come out of them, they would should directors, VP's, and Senior VP's with less than 5 years experience are incompetent. They would of looked at the Human Resources department and fired 90% and hired more qualified people who know how Human Resources operates. They would see the millions of unaccounted dollars spent in the info tech area under Sanjeev and his INfo tech area and learn his directs have no understanding of how to operate and think spending big bucks make them appear as big boys only to flop on their face and fail for products installed but not used effectively or purchase of obsolete software and hardware.
We will get the same corporate propoganda how they will compile the results and share them later but never actually share them. Then they will assign us all more work like "ignite" conversations that do absolutely nothing.
