You could probably sell it if it was only RR5, RR7, RR8 and the Fab 11x buildings. It's the other buildings on the site that are the problem. No one wants them or the cost for tearing them down.

NM worst fab and talent of all the sites. Who the phuck would want to live there. MS was smart and got out early and so is Intel but no so smart a lot later 🤔
