By now most of us are informed if we will be part of new CC company or remain with UC. Many are asked to leave as well. Huge reduction is going on in UC and shared teams. Employees who are not informed are still being discussed whether to keep them or fire them based on criticality of future needs. People are also not getting good compensation if they are asked to leave.

I said people are just being informed if they are gonna be part of UC or CC. Definitely merger and acquisition is a long process. But team formations are done and people are informed.
WTF......Its too early to say all this....this is long process and will take lot of time..we have been asked to wait until 31st march when officially there will be two companies.....before they divide employees they have to divide the locations, infrastructure....
