SLB advocates "gender equality" greatly and I wonder how many of those women get their pink slips recently.

Wow just wow
Most women do have pink slips
What goes around Cox around
J.F.C., ...rough O&G men complaining that women are keeping their jobs? Grow a pair and take it like a grown up instead of whining like little b*...
They will give you the participation prize when they will show you the door, don't cry.
I was bored and counted at least 30 female names on the locked list, out of 230 so hardly insignificant if we are keeping all females
If SLB was so afraid to lay off women I would still be working there.
I suspect the gender bias is more prevalent in NAM and Europe than anywhere else..
That's not true, there are hardly any females on the "locked account" list..
LOL that is my favorite thing to do with LDAP. Search "THIS ACCOUNT IS LOCKED" and you will get a list of all people laid off or quit. Usually there will be 200-300 names up on that sh-t list.
Looking at locked LDAP records, it seems quite a lot have gone actually
-scj,
Yes, SLB really is that blinded by political correctness.
I just heard how bad it's been since the slump started 2 years ago from a friend of mine who has been working there for 3 years as a field engineer. She told me the attrition is still going on and men are more likely to get culled while this year the college hires are all women. This makes me wonder if the company is really blinded by such political correctness in gender balance or whatever you call it. We're from ASEAN region btw..
This dear old SLB lady wishes she'd get a pink slip.
It's pretty regulated...same % of all genders and nationalities have to be cut.
