was it a % of total compensation?
AIP (and STIP) funding is based on the company hitting certain #'s. Since those #'s were beat last quarter, there was more funding in the pool.
Not all groups in acs got stip /aip - its good for some groups - for some its less than prior year and for the lucky one is nada -zero
STIP? how much was it? i never got any bonus at Avaya.
