Avaya would have collapsed by 2012 due to its negligence in adopting newer technologies and diversifying business faster than the competitors.

Pat on the back for management to stretch it until 2016.

Every permanent employee of Avaya is equally responsible for FALL OF AVAYA.

I am contractor and I have seen how incapable employees work at Avaya. They know nothing and just pretend to know everything.

No doubt Avaya's CEO is ranked 4th in the list of worst CEO's.
